If you’re not happy with your Feno for any reason, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. No need to send the product back.

Damages, defects, or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@fenobrush.shop with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right—either via refund under the 14-day guarantee or a replacement under the warranty (see below).
Exchanges
Want a different color or model? The quickest way is to use the 14-day guarantee for a refund (no return required) and place a new order for the item you prefer.
1 Year Warranty
Every Feno is covered by a 1 year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s covered: Manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.

What’s not covered: Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification/repair, and normal wear.

Remedy: At our discretion, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the defective item.

European Union: 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the EU, you’re entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee with no returns required meets or exceeds this right. Just email info@fenobrush.shop within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full.
